Isosport takes over Slovenian plastics specialist Tomplast
We are pleased about another successful acquisition project!
The Isosport Group announces another growth step: With effect from 21.07.2022, Isosport took over the Slovenian company Tomplast with two locations and a total of around 300 employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Tomplast looks back on a 35-year company history and is a specialist in the production of thermoplastic components using injection moulding technology. The products are mainly used in the caravan, automotive, leisure accessories and power tool industries as well as for industrial equipment.
The Isosport Group had already attracted attention at the beginning of July with the takeover of the Polish plastics company Novo Tech. Karl Mad, Managing Director of Isosport: "The acquisition of Tomplast is the next logical step in our growth strategy. As a strategic investor, we focus on niche markets with growth potential. Tomplast is an absolute specialist in the field of injection moulding technology and therefore a perfect addition to the Isosport family."
