Gold for FunderMax at “Best Recruiters”

BEST RECRUITERS examines recruiting activities of top employers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

FunderMax was honoured as the winner of the industry sector construction/wood. The official award ceremony of the publishing house “Careers” took place in November 2017 in Vienna.

Martina Simma, Head of Recruiting & Employee Development, on what this award means to her: “We are certainly very proud to have won the golden seal of quality this year. As we put a lot of emphasis on our recruiting and, above all, the way we deal with job applicants, we are especially pleased about this award.”

The biggest change regarding the quality of recruiting made last year was the optimization of recruiting processes, which was possible due to the detailed findings of the study. “We clearly focused on our careers website and the design of job advertisements in order to provide potentially new employees with all the essential information in an appealing and user-friendly way. All pictures and videos show our own employees according to our claim “for people who create” to allow a real-life view behind the scenes of our company. Another important fact was the individual communicationwith job applicants, which we also evaluated and improved and which resulted in quicker responses”, says Martina Simma.
