Sale of ISOVOLTA France SAS

With effect from 31.07.2019 ISOVOLTA Group sells 100% of the ISOVOLTA France SAS shares to ICM Industrie. As of this date, ISOVOLTA France SAS becomes ICM Industrie Composite.

For ISOVOLTA Group, this measure represents another important step in order to be able to act more effectively and powerful in the market and consistently pursues the ISOVOLTA strategy with regard to the optimization of the footprint.

With ICM Industrie, which has been specializing in the distribution and machining of plastic and composite materials on the French market for more than 25 year, a solid owner has been found for the 33 employees in France. All French employees were taken over by the new owner.
