ISOVOLTA Group Acquires Gurit's Aircraft and Aerospace Business Unit

We are pleased to inform you of an important step that brings new growth to our Isovolta family and positions us even stronger for the future: Effective April 13, 2022, the Isovolta Group has acquired the "Aircraft and Aerospace" business unit from the Swiss Gurit Holding AG, based in Kassel, Germany. We warmly welcome the approximately 80 employees in Kassel to our team.

Going forward, we will have three specialist teams in Wiener Neudorf, Austria; Harrisburg, USA; and Kassel, Germany. Our combined portfolio will become even more attractive to our customers, offering greater security and stability along the entire value chain with production at three locations.

The production facility in Kassel complements and expands our portfolio. Together, we aim to move forward into a successful future as a larger team. This brings stability for everyone while also offering new perspectives. Over the past two years, we have successfully restructured and repositioned this area. Now, it is crucial to set the right course for future growth. The team in Kassel is a wonderful addition to our Isovolta family and will operate under the name "Isovolta Kassel GmbH" in the future.
