Isosport acquires Polish plastics specialist Novo Tech from Avallon MBO Fund
We are excited about another successful acquisition project: 145 employees across three locations will be integrated into the Isosport Group.
Effective June 30, 2022, Isosport acquired the Polish company Novo Tech from Avallon MBO Fund II, which operates at three locations in Poland, Romania, and Belgium, with a total of 145 employees. This acquisition further strengthens Isosport's leading role and specialization. The purchase price remains confidential.
Novo Tech is a leading producer of high-quality plastic products. Their versatile applications range from mudguards for trucks, entrance and door mats, artificial grass and snow mats, to plastic flooring for use in poultry and raptor breeding. Production takes place in Poland and Romania, with an additional sales office in Belgium.
"We are pursuing a clear growth strategy. Diversifying our business and occupying strategic market niches are of particular importance. We offer our customers customized, innovative solutions. With the integration of Novo Tech, we can expand our portfolio and enter new markets," said Isosport CEO Karl Mad. "With our future workforce of around 750 employees, we will be able to offer our customers an even broader product range."
